American Crown is a narrative history of Prince William’s American connections including the hero Nathan Hale, Jennie Jerome, the mother of Winston Churchill, and his dazzling New Yorker great great grandmother Frances Work who was as glamorous and scandalous as the late Diana, Princess of Wales. His relative Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire was a friend of Lafayette’s and used her sizable influence to support the Americans across the pond during the 18th century. 

As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary of our break from Great Britain, we anticipate King William V who has an American patriot bloodline as special as it is fascinating,
