Arsenal Park:  Pass in Review with Lafayette and Honorary French Consul of Pittsburgh Mathias Barlat. 

 10:30 AM - seating available

 11:00 AM - Pass in Review will be at the 1814 Powder Magazine . Commanding General of the Pennsylvania National Guard inspects troop and a 30-piece marching band performs.

 11:30 AM - An award for Lafayette will be presented to the Consul Barlat.

 12:15 PM - conclusion of program

Many city officials and the will also be in attendance. 

Consul Barlat is actively involved in the planning and participation of all things Lafayette in the Pittsburgh area, especially "A Day of Lafayette in Pittsburgh"
