Luxuriate in beautiful surroundings of the Historic Trust46 Building as we recreate Lafayette's 1825 Dinner and Ball in the city of Lancaster! Our spectacular Bicentennial Candlelight Dinner and Ball will feature a French-inspired candlelight dinner catered by White House Chef John Moeller as well as an elegant period ball with English Country Dance Caller Jenna Simpson and Hawthorn Musicians Mara Shea, Kathy Talvitie and Bob Pasquarello.

Schedule: 

5:00 pm Cocktails

5:30 pm Candlelight Dinner

7:00-9:00 pm Period Ball

Menu:  

Hors D'oeuvres: Gougere Cheese Puff

Salad: Garden Salad Tossed in a French Mustard Shallot Vinaigrette

Entrees choices:

1. Beef Bourguignon - Braised Beef in red wine, Bacon, & Mushrooms 

2. Coq Au Vin - Braised Chicken in red wine, Bacon, Pearl Onions, & Thyme

3. Portobello & Mozzarella - Grilled portobello Mushroom stuffed with Tomato Basil Sauce and baked with Baby Mozzarella Cheese (Vegetarian/Vegan/GF/DF Option)
